Francis Moorhead is a Jigsaw victim and copycat. He was formerly a true crime radio host. His pig mask was custom made by him to resemble a red river hog.

Francis was tested by Jigsaw due to his exploiting of victims for his radio show. He survived, but his face was left mutilated. When John died and Amanda was revealed to be a protege, Francis began to believe that he too was meant to be a successor. He tested various people, later covering their gruesome deaths on his show, before he himself was again tested and killed by Hoffman.
